I'm Teodora
I hit rock bottom — even though from the outside, my life looked picture-perfect. Behind the scenes, I was burnt out, anxious, and completely exhausted.
For years, my body was screaming at me: chronic fatigue, heart palpitations, weight gain, tight shoulders, hair loss, endless triggers & more. I still couldn't slow down. I was trapped in constant stress, perfectionism & carrying deep emotional wounds I didn’t even know were there — ones that made me feel unlovable, silenced, & like I was failing (even despite "ticking all the boxes" & living a life many would call highly successful).
Then I rediscovered nervous system regulation through breathwork.
It became my breakthrough — a way to heal from the inside out, release years of tension & chronic stress, rediscover my true authentic self, unlock peace, purpose & aliveness I never thought was possible.Â
Now as a Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, I’m dedicated to helping high achievers break free from what’s holding them back so they can live with calm, true fulfilment & lasting joy!
